(b. 1968) has a collection of short stories Winterhanden (Chilblained Hands) and three novels, with his first Lichtjaren (Light Years, 2004), nominated for the Libris Literature Prize. His second, Spel (Game, 2007) was a great success in Germany and his third, Grip, excerpted above, was a best-seller with editions in German, Italian and Norwegian forthcoming.
