Nariman Youssef is an Egyptian translator. She has a BSc in computer science from the American University in Cairo, MAs from Birkbeck College London and the University of Edinburgh, and is currently a doctoral candidate at Manchester University.
Her translations include The American Granddaughter by Iraqi writer Inaam Kachachi, shortlisted for the 2009 IPAF.
In October 2011 her e-book Summer of Unrest: Tahrir - 18 Days of Grace came out with Vintage Books.
