William Groenewegen
(1971) grew up in Surrey, England. He holds an MA in English LIt. from Groningen University. His latest book of translations of Turger Kopland's work, What Water Left Behind (Dublin: Waxwing, 2006), was shortlisted for the Popescu Prize for European Poetry in Translation.
